This position is under the direct supervision of the Community CEO. The individual in this position will be expected to promote our community within the community through telephone or in-person visits, give community tours and explain the amenities and benefits of the community. Duties also include ensuring all residents have completed the appropriate paperwork and are qualified to reside in this community.
This position processes all applications for resident admission and oversees the securing of services. This position updates software and supports applicants through the income verification application process.
This position is a customer service specialist and is typically the first touch point for customers; they are expected to provide an excellent customer service experience for all residents, guests, and other customers. This position handles the leasing process in the community, including scheduling appointments with prospective residents, qualifying of prospective residents, showing the community, and leasing available units in collaboration with the Executive Director and business manager.
